Functional Movement

  • No movement in the arms or legs
  • Very little movement in the neck and head (C3)

Respiratory Care

  • Ventilator dependent for breathing
  • Difficulty speaking clearly and loudly

  • Can operate a power wheelchair with mouthsticks, chin controls, sip and puff, tongue controls, and possibly head controls
