Ms. Wheelchair USA 2017 Madeline Elizabeth Delp exemplifies the spirit of Determined2heal! Paralyzed in a car accident at age 10, this North Carolina resident is hoping to use her year as to record a multi-part video series that’s all about inspiring people with disabilities to dream big, from doing adaptive sports to traveling.
